Butter London Fiver Nail Lacquer
Butter London Fiver Nail Lacquer  is described as an “opaque icy minte creme.” It’s a pale, pastel mint green with a very subtle blue to it–not quite enough to make it aqua–but enough to make it appear cool-toned. MAC In the Limelight is darker and a bit bluer. China Glaze Re-Fresh Mint is much darker. MAC Mischievous Mint is a few shades darker.
After two coats, Fiver is mostly opaque; the only areas it didn’t look opaque were really a result of a streaky formula overall. The first coat was very streaky, and a thicker second coat helped to cover most of it, but there were still a few streaks coming through. The consistency was a bit thick, but it didn’t give me too much trouble beyond a generally streaky application. It might be better with a layer of white polish underneath or perhaps Butter London’s own Foundation (which I don’t have), as it could give it a better surface to adhere to.

THE GLOSSOVER

It's not the streakiness pastel I've come across--in fact, it does a lot better than many others--but it is still streaky. The good news is that it has fairly good pigmentation.
