MAC All Out Gorgeous Mineralize Rich Lipstick Review, Photos, Swatches
MAC All Out Gorgeous Mineralize Rich Lipstick
MAC All Out Gorgeous Mineralize Rich Lipstick is described as a “deep warm red.” It’s a berry-red with a soft, luminous sheen. When I swatched it, I did not get strong warm tones, and it even looked a bit cool-toned to me; I would argue it is closer to neutral but may lean cooler/warmer depending on your skin tone and what it is paired with.MAC Lush Life is darker, less red, and more berry–I think that the two are similar enough that if you had one, you wouldn’t need the other unless you wore this shade a lot and could appreciate the nuances between the two. Guerlain Orgueil is richer and deeper. Sally Hansen Garnet is similar but a touch cooler-toned. MAC Hang Up is a bit darker.
It applied with mostly opaque color coverage, but there was still some translucency–you could see my lip freckle and that some of my natural lip color was present. If you have more pigmented lips, you’ll see more of an impact of your natural lip color coming through. All Out Gorgeous wore for four and a half hours, and it was lightly hydrating while worn. I noticed that towards the fourth hour, some of the product had gathered into the lip lines just a bit, but it was not too noticeable. The consistency was creamy with some slip, and it applied evenly without tugging on the lip.
THE GLOSSOVER
It had good color coverage, felt comfortable to wear, and was lightly moisturizing while worn. I do think it is more hydrating than other MAC lipsticks.
